• Atmosphere: Watermark Farm only boards fourteen horses which virtually guarantees our boarders an open arena anytime of the day or week. Even on weekends you'll rarely have anyone else in the arenas with you. However, at the same time, there is often someone willing to hit the trails with you. We are a fun, adult riding facility that maintains a very calm, quite, and relaxed riding atmosphere.

  • Stalls: Large, lighted and powered stalls with automatic waterers, rubber floor mats, thick "car decking" walls and high ceilings.

  • Paddocks: Large private paddocks with humane electric fencing and rigid bar fencing. Our paddocks stay relatively dry during the rainy seasons and have little mud compared to other facilities. Visit some other local stables and then see ours. You'll see that the our paddocks actually are drier.

  • Turnout: Several large turnout pastures that are maintained and rotated frequently. Horses are turned out individually for 3-4 hours/day, 3 days/week.

  • Wash rack: Large, covered, convenient, multi-horse wash rack with power and hot and cold water and mat covered concrete pad. No mud!

  • Tack Rooms: Most borders get their own private tack room or locker when available.

  • Trailers: Trailer parking is free but only when space is available.

  • Arenas:
    • Covered and lighted 60 X 60 foot arena
    • Outdoor, lighted and heavily fenced 70 X 140 foot arena
    • New Full-size, leveled, 20 X 60 meter outdoor turf dressage arena. The only full sized turf course in north Kitsap!
